How long do credits remain valid?

One-time purchased credits never expire. Monthly subscription credits are valid for 1 month, and yearly subscription credits are valid for 12 months.

In what order are credits consumed?

The system intelligently spends the credits that expire sooner first so you do not lose value. For example, if you have monthly subscription credits and permanent credits, it will use the monthly credits first and preserve your permanent credits for longer.

Will pricing increase?

Possibly. We work hard to keep plans affordable, but more features and stronger models also increase cost. If you are on a yearly plan, we will honor it for the term you purchased.

What does canceling a subscription mean?

Canceling means your plan will not renew automatically at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. You will keep full access to all features and services until your current subscription term ends.

Can I upgrade or cancel?

Yes. You can upgrade or cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period, with no contract lock-in.
