1. The Service

Bananas AI provides AI-powered image generation, image editing, creative workflows, and related tools. We may update or change models, features, credit rules, plan structures, service capabilities, and availability from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must have the legal capacity to use the service in your jurisdiction. If you register for an account or use account-based features, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your access credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Bananas AI to create, upload, request, distribute, or process any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, abusive, exploitative, pornographic, violent, misleading, or otherwise prohibited content.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the service, evade restrictions, abuse APIs, interfere with infrastructure, submit malicious traffic, or access the service through unauthorized automation.

4. Your Content

You are solely responsible for the prompts, uploaded images, and other content you submit to Bananas AI. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to use and submit such content.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of generated outputs complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, and any restrictions imposed by the models, plugins, or integrations you choose to use.

5. Generated Outputs

Subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party model rules or restrictions, you may generally use generated outputs for personal or commercial projects.

Bananas AI does not guarantee that outputs will be unique, non-infringing, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.

6. Plans, Credits, and Paid Features

If Bananas AI offers subscriptions, credit recharges, usage-based billing, or other paid features, the applicable pricing, benefits, validity periods, credit consumption rules, renewal rules, and refund rules will be governed by the information displayed in the product at the time of purchase.

Unused credits, promotional balances, renewals, plan changes, refund handling, and generated image retention periods may be subject to separate product rules.

Unless otherwise stated in the product, generated history images may be retained in your account for up to 30 days before automatic deletion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Bananas AI website, branding, software, interface design, text, code, and related materials are owned by Bananas AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Bananas AI if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, abused the platform, created risk to the service, or that continued access could expose us or others to legal, security, or operational harm.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bananas AI is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, absence of delays, or that outputs will meet your expectations.
